Turners VisionCare is one of the leading independent optical practices in the UK. Investors in People have granted Turners Gold Award status; one of only a handful of business to have achieved this. Turners VisionCare is a finalist in the IiP International Awards 2016 in the Gold Employer of the Year category – the only optometry practice ever to have achieved this distinction. The awards will be announced on June 29th 2016 at a ceremony in London.
They have won numerous awards over the last 20 years for clinical care, team development and customer service.
The practice was founded in 1968 and has been directed by Richard Llewellyn since 1988. Situated in the beautiful setting of Aspen House, the practice has its own ample car park and is fully wheelchair accessible.
Turners VisionCare offers a wide range of clinical services from eye examinations, contact lenses, colorimetry for visual stress and dyslexia, orthoK/myopia control, and The Eye Clinic for the management of emergency and routine eye problems.
The Frame Gallery boasts a unique collection of fabulous spectacle frame ranges of all types and to suit all tastes. The fabulous Maui Jim sunglass collection is the largest in the south west and the Bolle and Cebe ranges suit children from newborn upwards.
Most eyecare is provided through VisionCare, which at £20 per month allows complete clinical access and gives emergency cover if needed. What could be more reassuring? Couple memberships are available with a 10% discount. Up to 3 children or grandchildren up to the age of 18 are included in at no extra charge.
If you want great clinical care, fabulous spectacles and great customer service you have found the right place to come.
"I felt I was contacting a professional organisation with state of the art equipment available as well as trained staff at the first point of contact. I was able to ask lots of questions and they were all answered thoroughly."
